Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are subject to availability.

Tickets are issued for the specific event, date, and venue stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by the organiser.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted with details of the new event date and any available options.

Requests for refunds due to personal circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, or inability to attend, cannot normally be accommodated.

Event Changes

The Poison Ivies reserve the right to make reasonable changes to advertised line-ups, performers, schedules, venues, or event content where necessary.

Such changes shall not normally constitute grounds for a refund.

Admission

Ticket holders must comply with any venue rules and conditions of entry.

The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.

No refund will be provided where admission is refused or a guest is removed due to their conduct.

Age Restrictions

All events organised by The Poison Ivies are strictly for persons aged 18 years or over unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Valid photographic identification may be required upon entry.

Entry may be refused where suitable proof of age cannot be provided.

Liability

The Poison Ivies accept no responsibility for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during an event.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Photography and Videography

Photography and videography may take place during events for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending an event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or video recordings used by The Poison Ivies in connection with future promotional activity.

Event Communications

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that The Poison Ivies may contact you regarding the event you have booked.

This may include important event information, updates relating to your booking, and requests for feedback following the event.

Such communications are directly related to your ticket purchase and attendance and are not marketing communications.

You may still opt out of marketing communications separately where applicable.
